• Button selection for fan on cycle time in increments of 10, 20, 30 or 40 min per hour
• LEDs indicate when fan is running or in off-cycle
• Monitors the fan on green wire from the thermostat and runs the selected on/off cycle as long as the thermostat does not call for heat/cool
• Provides a delay function when AC shuts off to prevent bringing excessive moisture from water condensation on the AC coil into the room
